Okay, I spent some time trying to make a wobbler on 3xOsc and I _just_ finished making one.
First off load up FL studio. (I use FL Studio 9 in this tutorial, but chances are it will work with 8/7/etc.)
Then add a 3xOsc.
Then what you will want to do is get the waveform you want to use for the wobbler. (In this case I use a Square, Square, Saw.)
In this tutorial I have the CRS on all of the oscillators dragged down to -24. This isn't necessary I just did it to make it bassy.
Once you have all that sorted out, now it's time to make it wider, you will likely see a SD knob on each oscillator, you will want to change it to any number between +30 and -30. (Also say if you put the first SD to +15, you might want to make the second SD -(number), and the third would be a positive like the first. just adds a little niceness.)
You will also want to change the PR knob (the one at the bottom near the keyboard) to about 50%.
You should have something that looks like this:

You can add portamento and mono if you want, I did, if it's not enabled it's gonna be kinda loud if you accidently press two notes at the same time, but that issue can be solved in the mixer.
Alright next step! :3
On the 3xOsc go into the INS tab, then go to the CUT subtab.
Ignore the Envelope box and focus your attention to the Filter box, in the dropdown list select LP (Which stands for Low Pass), and then turn the modx all the way down, and the mody all the way up, you're done in the filter box.
You should see an LFO box in the same tab, tick the TB box and bring the ATT all the way down, then move the AMT knob so it is pointing to the right, this makes the wobble sound, and you can adjust the SPD knob in the LFO to get faster or slower wobbles.
You should have something like this now:

Now you'll want to route the 3xOsc to a mixer track and add a flangus, then you're done, enjoy! :3
